      <image:title>About - Our Founder</image:title>
<image:caption>Shannon Conner dudleyanaturecenter@gmail.com 760-420-9299 Shannon completed her MA in Biology with Project Dragonfly in 2020 after studying with conservation leaders in Australia and Belize. She is passionate about getting people outdoors and reconnecting with nature. While completing her capstone for grad school, she imagined an outdoor learning center where adults and kids could learn more about the natural world around them. She envisioned a place where people could come to the understanding that everyone can make a difference in the world. In order to pursue this dream she started the Dudleya Nature Center and continued working to ensure equal access to nature across all demographics in the Seaside, CA area. Shannon loves to scuba dive, hike, and do basically anything outdoors (bonus points if her dog, Winston, can come along!). Shannon's Personal InstaInstagram</image:caption>
